Definitions

“Ogi” means any or all of the following entities:
Spectrum Fibre Limited: Registered in England & Wales, Company Registration number: 12883320, VAT number: 377 9433 45. 
Spectrum Internet Limited: Registered in England & Wales, Company Registration number: 07849485, VAT number: 126 8736 89.
Ogi Networks Limited: Registered in England & Wales, Company Registration number: 03625793, VAT number: 713 629048.
The registered address is Tŷ Ogi, Hodge House, 114-116 St. Mary Street, Cardiff, CF10 1DY. 

“Promoter” means Ogi who is running this prize draw. 

“Us” or “We” means Ogi and references to ‘our’ should be construed accordingly. 

“You” means the competition participant and references to ‘your’ should be construed accordingly. 

1. Employees and their families, the Promoter, agents and any third party directly associated with the Promoter and with the administration of this competition are excluded from the prize draw.
2. The prize draw is free to enter, and no purchase is necessary.
3. All entries must be submitted in person to the Promoter at the following events:

• Maesteg Town Christmas Parade 2^nd December
• Caerphilly Lantern Parade 2^nd December
• Neyland Tree Switch on 3^rd December

4. Only one entry per person or one entry per household is permitted. Each participant agrees to be bound by these terms and conditions.
5. The opening time for entries is: 1st December and closes 10th December 2023. Entries received after this time will not be accepted.
6. The Promoter accepts no responsibility for entries not successfully completed due to a technical fault, technical malfunction, computer hardware or software failure, satellite, network or server failure of any kind or if for any reason a technical interruption, fault or site failure occurs when completing the submission.
7. A winner will be selected at random on 15^th December
8. The winner will receive the following prize:

9. The winner will be notified by telephone and details confirmed by email (using details provided at entry) on or before 18th December
10. If a winner does not respond to the Promoter within 24 hours of being notified by the Promoter, then the winner’s prize will be forfeited, and the Promoter will be entitled to select another winner in accordance with the process described above.
11. The Promoter will notify the winner of how the prize/s can be redeemed.
12. The prize for the winner is non-exchangeable, non-transferable and no cash alternative is offered.
13. The prize is supplied by Ogi (the “Supplier”). The Promoter reserves the right to replace the prize with an alternative prize of equal or higher value if circumstances beyond the Promoter’s control makes it necessary to do so.
14. The decision of the Promoter regarding any aspect of the prize draw is final and binding and no correspondence will be entered into about it.
15. The Promoter must either publish or make available information that indicates that a valid award took place. To comply with this obligation the Promoter will send the surname and county of major prize winners and, if applicable copies of their winning entries, to anyone who emails marketing@ogi.wales or writes to Tŷ Ogi, Hodge House, 114-116 St. Mary Street, Cardiff, CF10 1DY. (enclosing a self-addressed envelope) within one month after the closing date stated in these terms and conditions. If you object to any or all of your surname, county and winning entry being published or made available, please contact the Promoter by emailing marketing@ogi.wales. In such circumstances, the Promoter must still provide the information and winning entry to the Advertising Standards Authority on request. The winning participant agrees to his / her name and image being used in publicity material relating to the competition.
16. Participants are deemed to have accepted and agreed to be bound by these terms and conditions upon entry. The Promoter reserves the right to refuse entry or refuse to award the prize to anyone in breach of these terms and conditions.
17. The Promoter reserves the right to hold void, cancel, suspend, or amend the promotion where it becomes necessary to do so.
    Insofar as is permitted by law, the Promoter, its agents or distributors will not in any circumstances be responsible or liable to compensate the winner or accept any liability for any loss, damage, personal injury or death occurring as a result of taking up the prize except where it is caused by the negligence of the Promoter, its agents or distributors or that of their employees. Your statutory rights are not affected.

Terms and Conditions of Prize Draw

1. The prize draw is open to all UK residents aged 18 years or over, except employees of Ogi (being the trading name of Spectrum Fibre Limited, a company registered in England and Wales with registered number 12883320, and its registered office at Tŷ Ogi, Hodge House, 114-116 St. Mary Street, Cardiff, CF10 1DY.) (“the Promoter”). The prize draw is not open to any of the Promoter’s families, agents or any third party directly associated with administration of the prize draw.
2. The prize draw is free to enter and no purchase is necessary.
3. All entries must be submitted via our website, and entries shall be submitted via this route only. Only one entry per person or one entry per household is permitted.  Each participant agrees to be bound by these terms and conditions.
4. The opening time for entries is 9.00am 19 May. The closing date of the prize draw is the last date of the month at 11.59pm.  The competition will be repeated on a monthly basis, from 0.01am the first day until 11.59pm on the last day of the same month. Final entries into the month prise draw will be accepted up until 11.59pm on December 31. Entries received after this time will not accepted.
5. The Promoter accepts no responsibility for entries not successfully completed due to a technical fault, technical malfunction, computer hardware or software failure, satellite, network or server failure of any kind or if for any reason a technical interruption, fault or site failure occurs when completing the submission.
6. At the end of each month, we will put anyone who has pre-registered (subject to clause 3) into that month’s draw. The winner will be chosen by random draw performed by a computer process OR supervised by an independent person.
7. The winner will receive the following prize: £100 Amazon voucher.
8. The winner will be notified by email and/or telephone (using the details provided at entry) by the fifth day of each following month. If a winner does not respond to the Promoter within 7 days of being notified by the Promoter, then the winner’s prize will be forfeited and the Promoter will be entitled to select another winner in accordance with the process described above.
9. The Promoter will notify the winner and will send the digital voucher via email.
10. The prize for the winner is non-exchangeable, non-transferable and no cash alternative is offered.
11. The prize is supplied by Ogi and we reserved the right to replace the prize with and alternative prize of equal value without notice.

9. If a winner does not respond to the Promoter within 24 hours of being notified by the Promoter, then the winner’s prize will be forfeited, and the Promoter will be entitled to select another winner in accordance with the process described above.

Break cannot be resold, no cash alternative to the prize will be offered. We reserve the right to substitute any prize with another of equivalent value without giving notice. 2. The prize draw is free to enter, and no purchase is necessary.
3. All entries must be submitted to the Promoter via the website, agents or over the phone to the telesales team – no other means will be offered. Only one entry per person or one entry per household is permitted. Each participant agrees to be bound by these terms and conditions.
4. The opening time for entries is 13 May 2023, 0.01am. The closing date of the prize draw is 20 June 2023, 11.59pm. Entries received after this time will not be accepted.

7. The winner will receive the following prize:
   Where Ogi can provide connectivity services: Ogi 300 (300Mbps download speeds) broadband package free for 12 months and a £300 TUI travel voucher. The broadband part of the prize includes free installation and 2 wifi routers. The winner will need to sign up to Ogi’s General Terms and Conditions for Home Services as normal but will receive the services for free for 12 months . At the end of the 12 months, the winner will have the choice of continuing at Ogi’s advertised service price at that time; downgrading to an alternative package; or terminating the contract. If they choose not to continue with the service after the 12 months then all equipment will need to be returned to Ogi in line with the Promoters Terms and Conditions. There will be a standard charge for any equipment not returned. 2.9 The Promoter will liaise with winner to arrange collection / delivery of the prize.

2.10 The prize for the winner is non-exchangeable, non-transferable and no cash alternative is offered.

2.11 The prize is supplied by Glatonbarry Tribute Festival. The Promoter reserves the right to replace the prize with an alternative prize of equal or higher value if circumstances beyond the Promoter’s control makes it necessary to do so.

2.12 The decision of the Promoter regarding any aspect of the prize draw is final and binding and no correspondence will be entered into about it.

2.13 The Promoter must either publish or make available information that indicates that a valid award took place. To comply with this obligation the Promoter will send the surname and county of major prize winners and, if applicable copies of their winning entries, to anyone who emails marketing@ogi.wales or writes to Ogi Hodge House, 114-116, St. Mary Street, Cardiff, CF10 1DY (enclosing a self-addressed envelope) within one month after the closing date stated in these terms and conditions.  If you object to any or all of your surname, county and winning entry being published or made available, please contact the Promoter marketing@ogi.wales or write to FAO Marketing, Ogi, Hodge House, 114-116, St. Mary Street, Cardiff, CF10 1DY. In such circumstances, the Promoter must still provide the information and winning entry to the Advertising Standards Authority on request.  The winning participant agrees to his / her name and image being used in publicity material relating to the competition.

2.14 Participants are deemed to have accepted and agreed to be bound by these terms and conditions upon entry. The Promoter reserves the right to refuse entry, or refuse to award the prize to anyone in breach of these terms and conditions.

2.15 The Promoter reserves the right to hold void, cancel, suspend, or amend the promotion where it becomes necessary to do so.

2.16 Insofar as is permitted by law, the Promoter, its agents or distributors will not in any circumstances be responsible or liable to compensate the winner or accept any liability for any loss, damage, personal injury or death occurring as a result of taking up the prize except where it is caused by the negligence of the Promoter, its agents or distributors or that of their employees. Your statutory rights are not affected.

2.17 Personal data supplied during the course of this promotion will only be processed as set out in the Promoter’s privacy policy: Privacy Policy.  See also condition ‎2.13 with regard to the announcement of winners.  A participant acknowledges that personal data submitted to the Promoter via Facebook platform may also be subject to Facebook’s privacy policy terms which the participant confirms has been read and understood by the participant prior to entering the competition.  The Promoter does not have any control or influence over Facebook’s use of such personal data and the participant furthermore confirms that the Promoter does not have any liability in respect of any improper use of the participant’s personal data by Facebook or any other third party.  This prize draw is not sponsored, endorsed or administered by Facebook, twitter or any other social media platform.

2.18 The prize draw will be governed by the law of England and Wales and entrants to the prize draw submit to the jurisdiction of the English and Welsh Courts.
