Definitions

“Ogi” means any or all of the following entities:
Spectrum Fibre Limited: Registered in England & Wales, Company Registration number: 12883320, VAT number: 377 9433 45. 
Spectrum Internet Limited: Registered in England & Wales, Company Registration number: 07849485, VAT number: 126 8736 89.
Ogi Networks Limited: Registered in England & Wales, Company Registration number: 03625793, VAT number: 713 629048.
The registered address is Tŷ Ogi, Hodge House, 114-116 St. Mary Street, Cardiff, CF10 1DY. 

Promoter” means Ogi who is running this prize draw. 

Us” or “We” means Ogi and references to ‘our’ should be construed accordingly. 

You” means the competition participant and references to ‘your’ should be construed accordingly. 

Porthcawl 10K Race Space Competition [11 March – 01 May 2023]

Conditions of the Competition

To enter, you need to Like and Follow the Ogi channel, sharing your regular local run or jog.

  1. The prize draw is open to all UK residents aged 18 years or over, including employees of Ogi (being the trading name of Spectrum Fibre Limited, a company registered in England and Wales with registered number 12883320, and its registered office at Tŷ Ogi, Hodge House, 114-116 St. Mary Street, Cardiff, CF10 1DY.) (“the Promoter”).
  2. The prize draw is free to enter, and no purchase is necessary.
  3. All entries must be submitted via the Promoter’s social media pages only – no other means will be offered. Only one entry per person or one entry per household is permitted. Each participant agrees to be bound by these terms and conditions and Facebook’s terms and conditions, to the extent relevant.
  4. The opening time for entries is 10.00am on 11.03.2023. The closing date of the prize draw is 5.00pm on 01.05.2023. Entries received after this time will not be accepted.
  5. The Promoter accepts no responsibility for entries not successfully completed due to a technical fault, technical malfunction, computer hardware or software failure, satellite, network or server failure of any kind or if for any reason a technical interruption, fault or site failure occurs when completing the submission.
  6. A winner will be chosen by random draw performed by a computer process OR supervised by an independent person on 02.05.2023 (“Draw Date”).
  7. The winner will receive the following prize:

    One free place in the Porthcawl 10K 2023 race and an Ogi branded Scimitar running top. Transport and accommodation to and from the event will not be included. No cash alternative will be offered.

  8. The winner will be notified by email, direct message on social media or by telephone (using details provided at entry) on or before 02.05.2023 and will need to provide their t-shirt size and a postal address in order to claim their prize. If a winner does not respond to the Promoter within two days of being notified by the Promoter, then the winner’s prize will be forfeited and the Promoter will be entitled to select another winner in accordance with the process described above.
  9. The Promoter will notify the winner of when and where the prize can be collected.
  10. The prize for the winner is non-exchangeable, non-transferable and no cash alternative is offered.
  11. The prize is supplied by Run4Wales (the race) and Ogi (the running top) (the “Supplier”). The Promoter reserves the right to replace the prize with an alternative prize of equal or higher value if circumstances beyond the Promoter’s control makes it necessary to do so.
  12. The decision of the Promoter regarding any aspect of the prize draw is final and binding and no correspondence will be entered into about it.
  13. The Promoter must either publish or make available information that indicates that a valid award took place. To comply with this obligation the Promoter will send the surname and county of major prize winners and, if applicable copies of their winning entries, to anyone who emails [email protected] or writes to Tŷ Ogi, Hodge House, 114-116 St. Mary Street, Cardiff, CF10 1DY (enclosing a self-addressed envelope) within one month after the closing date stated in these terms and conditions. If you object to any or all of your surname, county and winning entry being published or made available, please contact the Promoter [email protected]. In such circumstances, the Promoter must still provide the information and winning entry to the Advertising Standards Authority on request. The winning participant agrees to his / her name and image being used in publicity material relating to the competition.
  14. Participants are deemed to have accepted and agreed to be bound by these terms and conditions upon entry. The Promoter reserves the right to refuse entry or refuse to award the prize to anyone in breach of these terms and conditions.
  15. The Promoter reserves the right to hold void, cancel, suspend, or amend the promotion where it becomes necessary to do so.
  16. Insofar as is permitted by law, the Promoter, its agents or distributors will not in any circumstances be responsible or liable to compensate the winner or accept any liability for any loss, damage, personal injury or death occurring as a result of taking up the prize except where it is caused by the negligence of the Promoter, its agents or distributors or that of their employees. Your statutory rights are not affected.
  17. Personal data supplied during the course of this promotion will only be processed as set out in the Promoter’s privacy policy. See also condition ‎13 with regard to the announcement of winners. A participant acknowledges that personal data submitted to the Promoter via Facebook’s platform may also be subject to Facebook’s privacy policy terms which the participant confirms has been read and understood by the participant prior to entering the competition. The Promoter does not have any control or influence over Facebook’s use of such personal data and the participant furthermore confirms that the Promoter does not have any liability in respect of any improper use of the participant’s personal data by Facebook or any other third party.  This prize draw is not sponsored, endorsed or administered by Facebook [Meta], Twitter or any other social media platform.
  18. The prize draw will be governed by the law of England and Wales and entrants to the prize draw submit to the jurisdiction of the English and Welsh Courts.

Zip World Adventure Competition [Ended]

Conditions of the Competition

  1. The prize draw is open to residents over 18 years of age and who registered their details with Ogi through our website, telesales or face-to-face.  Employees and their families, the Promoter, agents and any third party directly associated with the Promoter and with the administration of this competition are excluded from the prize draw.
  2. The prize draw is free to enter, and no purchase is necessary.
  3. All entries must be submitted to the Promoter via the website, agents or over the phone to the telesales team – no other means will be offered. Only one entry per person or one entry per household is permitted. Each participant agrees to be bound by these terms and conditions.
  4. The opening time for entries is 10.00am on 13.03.2023. The closing date of the prize draw is 5.00pm on 31.03.2023. Entries received after this time will not be accepted.
  5. The Promoter accepts no responsibility for entries not successfully completed due to a technical fault, technical malfunction, computer hardware or software failure, satellite, network or server failure of any kind or if for any reason a technical interruption, fault or site failure occurs when completing the submission.
  6. A winner will be chosen by random draw performed by a computer process OR supervised by an independent person on 02.04.2023 (“Draw Date”).
  7. The winner will receive the following prize:

    A Zip World  voucher (worth £550.00) redeemable at www.zipworld.co.uk. No cash alternative will be offered. Booking subject to availability. Please check guidance of the Zip World website before making a booking.

  8. The winner will be notified by email, by telephone and/or email (using details provided at entry) on or before 02.04.2023 and will need to provide their t-shirt size and a postal address in order to claim their prize. Carmarthen Prize Draw [Ended]

Conditions of the Competition

  1. The prize draw is open to residents over 18 years of age, living in the SA31, SA32 and SA33 postcode areas of Carmarthenshire, and who have entered their details on the www.ogi.wales or www.ogi.cymru webpages.  Employees and their families, the promoter, agents and any third party directly associated with the promoter and with the administration of this competition are excluded from the prize draw.

  2. The prize draw is free to enter, and no purchase is necessary.

  3. All entries must be submitted via the registration form available at www.ogi.wales or www.ogi.cymru. Entrants must live in SA31, SA32 and SA33 areas of Carmarthenshire to be eligible.  Entries shall be submitted via this route only. Only one entry per premise is permitted. Each participant agrees to be bound by these terms and conditions.

  4. The opening time for entries is 27 September 2022 at 5.00pm. The closing date of the prize draw is 22 November 2022 at 11.59pm. Entries received after this time will not be accepted.

  5. The Promoter accepts no responsibility for entries not successfully submitted due to a technical fault, technical malfunction, computer hardware or software failure, satellite, network or server failure of any kind or if for any reason a technical interruption, fault or site failure occurs when completing the submission.

  6. A winner will be chosen by random draw performed by a computer process OR supervised by an independent person on or after 23 November.

  7. The winner will receive the following prize:
    Where Ogi can provide connectivity services: Ogi Alt 900 (900Mbps download speeds) and Ogi Voice Anytime package free for 12 months. The prize includes free installation and 2 wifi routers.  The winner will need to sign up to Ogi’s General Terms and Conditions for Home Services as normal but will receive the services for free for 12 months . At the end of the 12 months, the winner will have the choice of continuing at Ogi’s advertised service price at that time; downgrading to an alternative package; or terminating the contract. If they choose not to continue with the service after the 12 months then all equipment will need to be returned to Ogi in line with our Terms and Conditions. There will be a charge for any equipment not returned.If Ogi is unable to provide a service; an alternative tech bundle of equivalent value to the service price will be provided (this is worth an estimated £840 RRP).  If service is available and the winner chooses not to take the prize, then the ‘tech bundle’ will not be available as an alternative prize.
  8. The prize for the winner is non-exchangeable, non-transferable and no cash alternative is offered.

  9. The winner will be notified by email and/or telephone (using details provided at entry) on or after the 23rd of November. The winner must provide a postal address to claim their prize. If a winner does not respond to the Promoter within 7 days of being notified by the Promoter, then the winner’s prize will be forfeited, and the Promoter will be entitled to select another winner in accordance with the process described above.

  10. The winner must begin service within 12 months of the prize being claimed otherwise the prize will be forfeited.

  11. The prize winner will be bound by Ogi’s General Terms and Conditions for Home Services when taking the service.

  12. The prize is supplied by Ogi (“the Supplier”). The Supplier/Promoter reserves the right to replace the prize with an alternative prize of equal or higher value if circumstances beyond the Promoter’s control make it necessary to do so. 

  13. The decision of the Promoter regarding any aspect of the prize draw is final and binding and no correspondence will be entered into about it.

  14. The Promoter must either publish or make available information that indicates that a valid award took place. Conditions of the Competition

These terms and conditions set out the conditions for entering our prize draw via our Ogi in the Vale of Glamorgan Facebook Page.

Conditions of the Competition

2.1 The prize draw is open to all UK residents aged 18 years or over, expect employees of Ogi, their families, agents or any third party direct associated with the administration of the prize draw.

2.2 The prize draw is free to enter and no purchase is necessary.

2.3 All entries must be submitted via the Promoter’s Facebook page, and entries shall be submitted via this route only.  Only one entry per person is permitted.  Each participant agrees to be bound by these terms and conditions and Facebook’s terms and conditions, to the extent relevant.

2.4  The opening time for entries is 17:00 on 12.07.22. The closing date of the prize draw is 17:00 on 26.07.22.  Entries received after this time will not be accepted.

2.5 The Promoter accepts no responsibility for entries not successfully completed due to a technical fault, technical malfunction, computer hardware or software failure, satellite, network or server failure of any kind or if for any reason a technical interruption, fault or site failure occurs when completing the submission.

2.6 A winner will be chosen by random draw performed by a computer process OR supervised by an independent person on 28.07.22 (“Draw Date”).

2.7 The winner will receive the following prize:

A weekend pass for Glastonbarry Tribute Festival 2022.

Transport and accommodation will not be included.

2.8 The winner will be notified by email and/or via the direct messaging feature on Facebook or telephone (using details provided at entry) after 28.07.22 and must then provide a postal address to claim their prize. If a winner does not respond to the Promoter within 2 days of being notified by the Promoter, then the winner’s prize will be forfeited and the Promoter will be entitled to select another winner in accordance with the process described above.

2.9 The Promoter will liaise with winner to arrange collection / delivery of the prize.

2.10 The prize for the winner is non-exchangeable, non-transferable and no cash alternative is offered.

2.11 The prize is supplied by Glatonbarry Tribute Festival. The Promoter reserves the right to replace the prize with an alternative prize of equal or higher value if circumstances beyond the Promoter’s control makes it necessary to do so.

2.12 The decision of the Promoter regarding any aspect of the prize draw is final and binding and no correspondence will be entered into about it.

2.16 Insofar as is permitted by law, the Promoter, its agents or distributors will not in any circumstances be responsible or liable to compensate the winner or accept any liability for any loss, damage, personal injury or death occurring as a result of taking up the prize except where it is caused by the negligence of the Promoter, its agents or distributors or that of their employees. Your statutory rights are not affected.

2.17 Personal data supplied during the course of this promotion will only be processed as set out in the Promoter’s privacy policy: Privacy Policy.  See also condition ‎2.13 with regard to the announcement of winners.  A participant acknowledges that personal data submitted to the Promoter via Facebook platform may also be subject to Facebook’s privacy policy terms which the participant confirms has been read and understood by the participant prior to entering the competition.  The Promoter does not have any control or influence over Facebook’s use of such personal data and the participant furthermore confirms that the Promoter does not have any liability in respect of any improper use of the participant’s personal data by Facebook or any other third party.  This prize draw is not sponsored, endorsed or administered by Facebook, twitter or any other social media platform.

2.18 The prize draw will be governed by the law of England and Wales and entrants to the prize draw submit to the jurisdiction of the English and Welsh Courts.
