Justin Leese, Chief Technology and Operations Officer at Ogi said: “Embodied within this standard is not just the INCA Code of Practice but also a commitment to abide by the Ofcom Voluntary Code of Practice for Broadband Speeds, Advertising Standards Agency Guidelines and Government Network Standards for Gigabit capable networks. This accreditation is not only a positive reflection of the technical quality of our network but also how we operate it, market our services and how we care for our customers”.

INCA CEO Malcolm Corbett said: “Our members are at the forefront of building high-quality, future-proofed networks to ensure consumers receive the broadband service they expect when entering a contract with a new provider. The INCA Gold Standard scheme is a remedy to the confusion caused by inaccurate information in the marketplace. When consumers see that a service provider like Ogi is INCA Gold Standard Quality Mark accredited, they can be confident that they will receive the high standard of broadband promised to them from a genuine full fibre provider.”
