Ogi’s Cancellation Policy
You have a 14-day cooling-off period to cancel your Ogi Fibre Broadband service if that’s what you’d like to do. If you have chosen to have your service installed within the 14-day cooling-off period, it’s important to know that if you then choose to cancel within the 14-day window, you’ll be charged for the Installation costs involved.
